Group Classes
All group classes start
with a warm up. Followed by drills,
these provide the best way to solidify various techniques. After drills is an instructional period. This is where new technique is taught and
trained. Interval training is next,
followed by a brief cool down and stretching period. When the group class is officially over, open
training is offered. Open training
allows students to ask or review techniques taught during the class, and ends
when the instructor leaves. Group classes
offer the best methods to test your skills while gaining strength, endurance,
and getting into shape.
Private Classes
Private classes areone-on-one training sessions with the instructor of your choice. Privates give you the attention needed to
learn new techniques or sharpen your skills under the careful eye of your
instructor. These classes may consist of
BJJ, sport BJJ, Judo, Boxing, Kick-Boxing, Take-Downs, Self-Defense, or
Personal Training (see Pro Performance
Training Programs below). Private
classes are the best methods to get a jumpstart on new techniques or ask
specific situational questions in a private one-on-one environment.
